kids love bringing home gifts to mum and dad. a delicious-looking mud pie, a good luck rock or a friendly frog, to name a popular few. but watch out! these adorable gifts may be accompanied by millions germ!

washing hands is by far the best way to prevent germs from spreading and to keep your kids from falling sick. however, kids dont always listen when u tell them to wash their hands before eating so you'll have to keep repeating the message until it becomes a habit.

WASHING HANDS CORRECTLY IN 3 EASY STEPS;
show your kids the proper way to wash hands in order to flush away the germs. better still, wash your hands together often so they will learn how important this good habit is.
1)wash hand in running water, make sure the water isn't too hot for little hands.
2)apply soap and work up lather for 20 seconds(anti-bacterial soap isn't necessary- any soap will do). make sure you get in between the fingers and under the nails where germs like to hang out. and dont forget the wrists!
3)rinse under running water and dry well with a clean towel.

if your kids are not keen on washing hands, tyr this tips to persuade him:
-use colourful soaps made especially for kids. some soaps also come in interesting shape s or have fun scents to make washing hands seem like a fun activity.
-while lathering up, have a sing along with your kids. by the time the tune is done, those germs should be washed away.
